Plum Blossom by Cultivate Tea, Vancouver
25g
These wild plum blossoms were harvested in early February, deep in the mist-covered mountains of Huangshan, China. Picked from trees between 60 to 100 years old, they bloom in the heart of winter—one of the coldest times of year—making them an enduring symbol of perseverance and quiet strength in Chinese culture.
This tea is made from the blossom alone, not the leaf or fruit. The flowers are naturally dried on open-air bamboo trays, without roasting or artificial heat, allowing them to retain their delicate shape, colour, and scent. They’re not shaped or processed in any way—just gently dried, left exactly as they are. Each blossom feels full of life, like it’s still in the act of blooming.
Notes: Green Almond, Toasted Apricot Kernel, and Marzipan.
